Work out at home with Ross

2020 has been one of the strangest and toughest years that any of us have ever faced. The Corona Virus has affected everyone across the globe and a large number of people have been locked down at home for many weeks/months.

Being locked down at home may at first seem fun, but as many of us have experienced it soon becomes very difficult. One of the most important things so many of us regularly do is exercise, but with gyms closed and all other sports cancelled, we are wanting to find alternative ways to keep fit.

Cheetah Sportswear have teamed up with Ross Clemo who is a qualified personal trainer from Hertfordshire. Ross has kindly agreed to keep us all fit and healthy by posting daily videos of exercises you can do at home. We will update this page daily with the latest training video from Ross. Prison squat 20

Alternate between the 2 so you do your 15 planks first with clock running, if that takes 20secs then you have 40 secs rest before starting the squats...and so on
